Housekeeping
Vacation Rental Homes do not receive daily housekeeping service. Mid-stay cleaning services may be arranged for an additional fee with at least 72 hours notice. Please contact Guest Services to schedule.
Your home is stocked with a starter supply of household essentials and amenities. For longer stays or additional needs, nearby grocery and retail options are just minutes away.
Getting Around
Enjoy complimentary transportation to Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District for shopping, dining, concerts, breweries, and sightseeing. Additional transportation to Mt. Bachelor, local attractions, golf courses, and other destinations may be arranged for a fee based on availability. Please contact Guest Services for reservations and pricing.
House Rules
To ensure a great experience for all guests and homeowners, we ask that you observe the following:
- Quiet Hours – Deschutes County noise ordinances require potentially disturbing noise to cease by 10:00 PM. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
- Smoking – Smoking and tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and marijuana, are prohibited inside all Tetherow buildings and vacation homes. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
- Damages – Accidents happen. If something is damaged during your stay, please notify Guest Services as soon as possible so we can assist and prepare the home for future guests.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Before departing, please:
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle.
- Move any wet towels from the washer to the dryer and start the dryer.
- Return any keys to the front desk.
- If anything was broken during your stay, place the item in the red bin located in the garage (or next to it if oversized) and notify Guest Services.

- Bend is home to hundreds of miles of world-class mountain biking trails. Many trail systems connect directly through Tetherow and provide access to the renowned Phil’s Trail network.

Dog Friendly Lodging
We see your tail wagging!
Tetherow welcomes dogs in designated pet-friendly homes. Please note:
- Maximum two dogs per home
- Pets must be approved at the time of booking
- Dogs must remain leashed while on property
- Pets may not be left unattended
- Dogs are not permitted inside restaurants and dining venues, except for service animals
- Dog beds and bowls are provided and should remain in the home upon departure
Guests arriving with pets to a non-pet-friendly home may be required to board their pet or may forfeit their stay.
