2025 Holiday Bazaar

Applications are now closed for the 2025 event. We hope you will stop by to discover the work of local artisans.

When: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 4 to  8 pm

Where: Tetherow’s Event Pavilion

Cost: The vendor fee is $250, which secures your table for the event. You’ll keep 100% of your sales revenue. As a thank-you, each vendor will also receive two drink tickets – cheers to a great evening! This entry fee allows us to welcome shoppers free of charge while providing cocktails and snacks for all.

Our Part: In previous years, this festive holiday kick-off event has drawn over 800 enthusiastic shoppers. To ensure a great turnout, we’ll be promoting the bazaar across our social media platforms, website, local email campaigns, community event calendars, through our lodging guests, and more than 800 family memberships.

Your Part: We’d love your help in spreading the word about the bazaar through your own marketing channels! On the morning of December 4, vendor load-in begins at 9 AM. Please have your table fully set up and staffed by 3:30 PM. Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales and collecting payments from shoppers. We kindly ask that you remain at your table for the duration of the event – and most importantly, have fun and enjoy the evening!
