WHEN: Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 4 to 8 pm
WHERE: Tetherow’s Event Pavilion, 61240 Skyline Ranch Rd, Bend, OR
COST: $250 pays for your table. You keep all revenue from your sales. Each vendor gets two tickets for a glass of house wine or beer.
This entry fee allows us to welcome shoppers free of charge while providing cocktails and snacks for all.

OUR PART: In previous years, this wonderful holiday kick-off celebration has welcomed 800+ shoppers per event. We will advertise this bazaar through our social media platforms, website, a local email campaign, event calendar postings, through our lodging guests and our more than 800+ family Membership.
YOUR PART: We hope you will help promote the bazaar through your own marketing channels. You can begin load in at 9 am and have your table ready to go at 3:30 pm on December 4 and manned by 3:45 pm. All vendors are responsible for collecting payment from shoppers. We do expect vendors to be at their tables the entire evening. Oh, and have fun!
