Living at Tetherow

Homes at Tetherow encompass a wide variety of striking styles. From mountain-inspired lodges to clean, modern designs, homes honor Central Oregon’s rich history while embracing the future. Finished and Future Homes

If you are looking for new construction but finding a homesite and building a custom home seems daunting, Tetherow offers a wide range of finished homes or future development options at varying size and price point. The planned communities of Highlands Ridge, Chalet and Trailhead offer walkability to the resort’s amenities and generally have a smaller footprint than the homes in Tetherow’s golf neighborhoods. The Glen, Crescent, North Forty, Heath and Tartan Druim developments offer new and resale custom home options starting around 2,000 square feet on roughly half acre parcels, offering estate-like living in a world-class resort setting.

Vacation Homes

Tetherow’s Vacation Home Neighborhoods, Cairn and Trailhead, provide the desired amenities of an award-winning resort, a location near downtown Bend, the adventure of bordering Deschutes National Forest, and easy access to everything that Bend has to offer. While these vacation homes must be available for rent a minimum 38 weeks annually, these homes offer their owners the flexibility to enjoy Tetherow luxury on their terms while providing the reassurance of professional property management and rental returns when they are away. Vacation homes range between 1,000-3,300 square feet and can offer two to five bedrooms, providing something for every buyer type.

Vacant Land

Tetherow’s approximately 400 custom homesites are spread over 700 acres of unique topography, offering one-of-a-kind views of rocky outcroppings, rolling hills, towering pines or sweeping golf and mountain vistas. Bend embraces and takes full advantage of enjoying the outdoor lifestyle, and Tetherow remains dedicated to preserving the integrity and feel of the natural landscape so that it can be enjoyed by future generations to come. The established guidelines allow you to select your own builder. If you desire to design and build your dream home at Tetherow, there are still options for you to capture your own piece of mountain paradise.
