We encourage all new clients to take advantage of a complimentary fitness consultation and movement assessment. Put simply, this is a system that documents key movement patterns that are essential to proper function. By assessing these, our movement specialists can readily identify functional limitations and asymmetries. This information will be passed on to your trainer to help create your tailor-made program. No matter what your fitness goals are, your program will create and/or restore proper movement as well as building strength, flexibility and endurance. The assessment is 1 hour. Group Fitness Classes
If you haven’t experienced group fitness, you’re surely missing out. Group fitness classes are energetic, motivating and can help you improve your workout. We have fantastic instructors to create a positive experience! Instructors are there to support, motivate, connect and provide a safe space to learn and grow. We offer a large variety of classes at different times to fit your schedule. Most of the classes are free with no need to sign up.
Mon – Fri: 5:30 am – 8pm
Sat: 7 am – 8pm
Sun: 8 am – 6pm
Monday – Friday
Lap Swim: 11am – 6pm
Rec Swim: 11am – 5pm
