Yes! We can build your day the way YOU want it. Yoga, fitness, pool time, cabana parties, wine tastings and more will get your entire group ready for the big event!

Yes, we proudly host weddings throughout the year and every season provides beautiful options. We have indoor and outdoor venues for ceremonies and receptions.

We require a signed event agreement and deposit to secure a room reservation.

We do! Click here for a list of vendors we enjoy working with on all aspects of your wedding, from photographers and videographers, to florists and DJs.

Tetherow must provide all catering, with the exception of wedding cakes. Only bottles of wine may be brought onto the property for a corkage fee.

The contract states a food and beverage minimum based on the day of the week and time of the year. Each banquet room has a facility fee, in addition to a food and beverage minimum. Additional fees may include corkage, rental items and service charges.

You may rent the facility for up to five hours. Ceremonies apply toward this time. Set up and break down of the room do not apply toward this time. You may buy an additional hour for an overtime fee.

Included in the room rental fee are standard setup and breakdown of both ceremony and reception tables (including bistro, cake table, guest book table, gift tables and reception dining tables) and chairs, linens, china, flatware and glassware.

Based on availability you may hold your wedding ceremony for an additional fee on the outdoor grass terrace overlooking the range and fairways. The day and date will determine the fee and timing of the ceremony. Other ceremony decorations can be made available through one of our preferred vendors for a fee.

We can welcome up to 225 of your guests on our sprawling ceremony lawn.

A nonrefundable deposit is due when signing the contract to book the date. Twelve months before the event, 50 percent of the total estimated cost is due. Two weeks before the event, the estimated balance is due in full. Any additional charges incurred on the day of the event will be charged to a credit card on file at the end of the event.

The final numbers are due to Tetherow two weeks prior to your event.
