COVID-19 Update

Tetherow is operational in a limited capacity and strictly adhering to protocols set forth by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and the State of Oregon. This helps keep our community safe while continuing to serve its needs. While we may be changing the way we operate in order to ensure the safety of our members, guests, and staff, we’re also committed to deliver the Tetherow experience you’ve come to enjoy. Please see below for current details on our current operations.

  • While Tetherow has always maintained excellent cleanliness standards, we have increased our efforts resort-wide, including frequent use of enhanced anti-viral cleaning solutions to disinfect all surfaces in restrooms, restroom fixtures, door handles, phones, remotes, elevator call buttons, handrails, lounge areas, work stations, vacation homes and more
  • The Tetherow staff has been trained on proper glove and mask usage and social distancing will be practiced by the Tetherow staff
  • All staff will be wearing a mask during any interaction with guest
  • Sanitation stations will be introduced in all common areas of the property and available for all guests
  • Tetherow will be recycling all gloves and disposable masks
  • Shuttle Services are temporarily suspended until further notice


  • Hotel check-in will be done one guest/group at a time
  • Vacation Rental Guests will receive an email and text on the day of arrival with check-in instructions and access code

  • No cash transactions at this time
  • Luggage delivery and handling will be available only upon request
  • While Tetherow Sport will be closed to hotel and vacation rental guests until further notice, please take advantage of our complimentary digital fitness classes available
  • Due to limited access to amenities, the standard resort fee will be waived
  • To ensure guest safety Tetherow is limiting nightly maximum occupancy
  • All Hotel Rooms will be vacant for 24 hours between reservations
  • All Vacation Homes will be vacant for 72 hours between reservations


The Row

  • Open daily 8am to 10pm
  • Last seating at 8pm, restaurant closes at 10pm
  • For curbside pickup or takeout, call 541-213-2429 or email to place your order
  • Curbside pickup – call or email when you have arrived and we will bring your order out to you


  • Open Wednesday – Sunday from 4pm to 8pm
  • Reservations only, please call 541-213-2428
  • Last seating at 8pm, restaurant closes at 10pm


  • Operating every day from 7am to 5:30pm
  • Call 844-431-9701, Option 3 to make a tee time
  • The golf shop will be open but limited to staff access only. Staff members will assist all guest with purchasing any item in the shop
  • No cash transactions at this time
  • The golf shop lobby is limited to 3 guests at a time
  • Locker Rooms are closed until further notice
  • Personal Trolley Storage, Bag Drop Service & Storing of Clubs will be temporarily suspended
  • The range is open and set up with balls only. Bag stand service is suspended until further notice
  • The Cart Barn is limited to staff only, please ask a member of the team to assist
  • Carts, Scooters and Boards will be pulled as guest arrive to depart for tee-time. It is recommended guest arrive no more than 10 minutes early to allow time for staff accommodate the revised process
  • There are no rakes on the course at this time. Please enter and exit bunker in the same location to reduce footsteps
  • Please do not remove the flags from the cup at any time
  • One person per cart, unless from the same household. If group is traveling or lodging together, guest can ride together though strongly discouraged

Golf Course Food & Beverage

  • The Turn Snack Shack is open daily from 10:45am to 5pm
  • Call the Snack Shack (phone number at the 8th tee box) order pickup after the 9th green
  • Call The Row to Go for an order to pick up before tee time or after round
  • Bring water. Water stations on course to remain closed until further notice
  • Towels will not be provided


  • Sanitizer wipes will be provided in all Hotel Rooms and Vacation Rentals
  • All paper products and decorative pillows have been removed from the rooms and homes
  • All coffee bar items will be removed from rooms between stays, sanitized, and rotated out of use for 48 hours
  • Vacation rental mid-stay housekeeping services have been suspended until further notice. Linen service delivery available upon request with a 24-hour notice
  • Hotel Room mid-day services will be performed by request only
  • Public areas will get extra attention including the addition of Sanitation Stations available for all guest
  • Trash pick-up will be done throughout the day and guest are asked to put cans in hallway when the service is needed
  • Staff will practice social distancing during guest-requested room deliveries. Staff will disinfect items prior to deliver as well as sanitize hands and wear gloves and mask


  • If you require maintenance during your stay, we ask that guests leave the Hotel Room or Vacation Home while maintenance team is in unit
  • Staff will practice proper disinfecting of units during entry and exit

We reassure you that we are committed to your health and well-being here at Tetherow, and are focused on making every effort to maintain wellness.  While all of our lives have changed and there are many unknowns ahead, we are here for you, and together, we will make it through.
