Class Descriptions

When participating in any class, always go at your own pace. If you have any questions or need assistance, please ask your instructor.

Burn calories in this high energy total body conditioning workout. While every class will be different, there will always be integrated full body movements designed to train your body in the way it was intended to work, as a complete unit. You will move in a nearly seamless or uninterrupted style with ample repetitions to build endurance, kick up your heart-rate, rev up your metabolism and sculpt a long, lean physique. This class may include handheld weights, other pieces of small equipment and/or select pieces of cardio vascular equipment. All levels. 60 minutes.

Kick off your day with this high energy, heart-rate bumping, calorie torching workout. A true blend of our BUILD, BURN, and METCON classes, it will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, explore your dynamic strength, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat. All levels. 60 minutes.

Hit your fitness goals quickly and effectively with High Intensity Interval Training. Bouts of high intensity exercises followed by active recovery will maximize your results in a shorter period of time. Your instructor will adapt the exercise selection to meet your individual needs, creating a challenging, safe and energizing workout of the day. Workouts may be bodyweight oriented or use varied cardiovascular and strength training equipment. All levels. 45 minutes.

In this strong, yet accessible Vinyasa yoga class, you will link movement and breathe in a flowing style. A warm studio with creative and purposeful sequencing will help you open areas that are tight, strengthen areas that are weak, and connect with your core. Practice the art of being present in a welcoming and inclusive environment. These flows are designed to be adaptable to all experiences, fitness levels and preferences. 60 minutes.

This floor work class features the exercises, sequences and transitions developed by Joseph Pilates. The mat work is designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body, create and maintain good posture or alignment and to teach you how to activate and move from the deep core muscles. A complete workout on its own, Pilates mat work is also a great addition to any athlete’s routine, creating the often needed balance and symmetry. All levels. 60 minutes.

This class combines ballet, Pilates and yoga to create a full-body workout. Driven by music, you’ll be able to tune out life while you sculpt your body, tone your muscles and burn calories in a safe, low-impact environment. Between the strength sections of class that focus on each major muscle group, we incorporate stretching to create a lean, long muscle. The workout may include props like balls, bands, or light hand-weights. All levels. 60 minutes.

This class takes the Pilates Mat work and fuses it with a variety of movement techniques to build core stability, postural alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance. We will combine light weights, resistance bands, large stability balls, mini balls, and foam rollers.

Class size is limited to allow for individual attention. All levels welcome!

All equipment may not be available at the first class as we work out the details of being back on site and in the gym.

  1. If you are new, have special needs or questions, please see the instructor prior to class.
  2. Keep it safe. Please do not enter class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
