Burn calories in this high energy total body conditioning workout. While every class will be different, there will always be integrated full body movements designed to train your body in the way it was intended to work, as a complete unit. You will move in a nearly seamless or uninterrupted style with ample repetitions to build endurance, kick up your heart-rate, rev up your metabolism and sculpt a long, lean physique. This class may include handheld weights, other pieces of small equipment and/or select pieces of cardio vascular equipment. All levels. 60 minutes.
Build full body strength, lean muscle and definition in this boot camp style workout. The workout variables will change every day to keep your body and mind guessing about what comes next. Workout may include dumbbells, ropes, weighted training balls, barbells and/or TRX suspension training. Your supportive instructor will push you physically and mentally to achieve your goals, weather it is simply to lift your kids onto your shoulders without hurting your back or to maximize your next Olympic lift. All levels. 60 minutes.
Kick off your day with this high energy, heart-rate bumping, calorie torching workout. A true blend of our BUILD, BURN, and METCON classes, it will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, explore your dynamic strength, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat. All levels. 60 minutes.
A total body workout intended for those coming back from an injury, new to equipment training, or not quite ready to jump into just any workout class. Combines cardiovascular with muscle building exercises. Workout may include dumbbells, ropes, weighted training balls, barbells, cardio equipment and/or TRX suspension training. All levels. 45 minutes.
Hit your fitness goals quickly and effectively with High Intensity Interval Training. Bouts of high intensity exercises followed by active recovery will maximize your results in a shorter period of time. Your instructor will adapt the exercise selection to meet your individual needs, creating a challenging, safe and energizing workout of the day. Workouts may be bodyweight oriented or use varied cardiovascular and strength training equipment. All levels. 45 minutes.
Inspired by sport, metabolic conditioning incorporates skills, drills, and principles used by world-class athletes training the whole body in a multi-dimensional and multi-directional way. Every workout is built with short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-blasting intervals that are proven to burn fat and build lean muscle. We will use cutting edge tools like kettlebells, ropes, pushing sleds, TRX systems, medicine balls and VIPR’s. All levels. 45 minutes.
Learn and practice the fundamental yoga postures, alignment and breathing principals. Designed for those new to the practice of yoga and/or looking for a slower paced class, in a non-competitive environment and will allow your experience to be beneficial, physically and mentally. All levels. 60 minutes.
In this strong, yet accessible Vinyasa yoga class, you will link movement and breathe in a flowing style. A warm studio with creative and purposeful sequencing will help you open areas that are tight, strengthen areas that are weak, and connect with your core. Practice the art of being present in a welcoming and inclusive environment. These flows are designed to be adaptable to all experiences, fitness levels and preferences. 60 minutes.
This strength-based, alignment focused class is a mix of relaxed Vinyasa flow and traditional Hatha yoga. In Hatha yoga, one holds postures for 3-6 breaths, allowing the body to sink deeply into each position; building powerful strength, proper alignment and clear mental focus. Breath, concentration and strength are a focus in this class, as well as nourishing relaxation elements to help unwind tension and reduce mental cloudiness. This class will leave you feeling strong and calm! Designed to be adaptable to all experiences, fitness levels and preferences. 60 minutes.
This floor work class features the exercises, sequences and transitions developed by Joseph Pilates. The mat work is designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body, create and maintain good posture or alignment and to teach you how to activate and move from the deep core muscles. A complete workout on its own, Pilates mat work is also a great addition to any athlete’s routine, creating the often needed balance and symmetry. All levels. 60 minutes.
This class combines ballet, Pilates and yoga to create a full-body workout. Driven by music, you’ll be able to tune out life while you sculpt your body, tone your muscles and burn calories in a safe, low-impact environment. Between the strength sections of class that focus on each major muscle group, we incorporate stretching to create a lean, long muscle. The workout may include props like balls, bands, or light hand-weights. All levels. 60 minutes.
A blend of vinyasa and yin, this practice opens with a quick flow to warm your muscles, then slows you down into deep, long-held stretching poses. Get your wiggles out and re-center after a long day of work. Improve your stamina and flexibility, while focusing on mindfulness and breath. Whether yoga is your tool to break a sweat, or to turn your focus inward, this class will offer you a challenge. Modifications are available for all poses. This class is suitable for all levels. 60 minutes.
Fridays: 10:15 am
This class takes the Pilates Mat work and fuses it with a variety of movement techniques to build core stability, postural alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance. We will combine light weights, resistance bands, large stability balls, mini balls, and foam rollers.
Class size is limited to allow for individual attention. All levels welcome!
