Tetherow Real Estate Update

As I look out my office window I see a clear view of the mountains to the west and I am hoping the smoke stays at bay! While the smoke has made enjoying the outdoors a challenge, Tetherow real estate has continued to march along. However, there have been some trends that have occurred lately that are worth noting.

To start, there are more homes now available than in the history of Tetherow. This is a result of a convergence of spec building activity from builders who noted the success of Tetherow over the last several years and the fact that we are at the 5-7 year mark from our original homes construction. That is the time where many homes experience their first resale. These factors have made for more move-in ready options for those who wish to make Tetherow their home immediately. For those who have friends who have been thinking of joining you in Tetherow, now is the time to give them a call.
